Thank you to the many people who contacted the NHCRWA and/or showed up at the meeting on March 3rd to express their displeasure with the previously proposed GRP Participation Fee policy. Your communications worked, and major changes and considerations resulted in a new recommended version pending approval. The New proposal and a full explanation of the changes in fee structures are in the links below.
