We will continue to post videos of the NHCRWA meetings to better inform the general public and ensure full transparency.
Matter of interest, (time location 2 hour, 17 seconds through 2 hour, 33 seconds) Agenda Item number 12, Amendment to Authority Rate Order to add fees for new GRP Coverage.
Please take a moment to review the GRP Participation Fee document listed with a clickable link below. This new proposed GRP Participation Fee needs to be vetted and discussed by the water industry. This fee may be cost prohibitive and has the potential to slow development.
I have requested that the NHCRWA have a stakeholders meeting, that was granted for March 3rd at 6:00 pm at the NHCRWA office. Engineers, developers and attorneys should consider coming to this meeting to better understand and express their concerns and thoughts related to these new proposed fees.
