Great News!  General Manager, Jun Chang was offered a 3-year extension of his existing contract.
 
Below are two links to the video and audio of the North Harris County Regional Water Authority meeting held on November 18, 2024.
The shorter version concerns Agenda Item 6, The General Manager’s Employment Agreement. The longer version covers the full meeting.
This meeting is very interesting as multiple directors were accused of open meeting violations during Agenda Item 6, the shorter version.
 
We will continue to post videos of the NHCRWA meetings to better inform the general public and ensure full transparency.

North Harris County Regional Water Authority Board of Directors will meet in special session, open to the public, on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 6pm at the Authority’s Office, 3648 Cypress Creek Pkwy., Suite 110, Houston, Texas 77068.

The agenda for the meeting is available on the Authority’s website: www.nhcrwa.com.  

The Authority will also broadcast this meeting via Zoom Webinar. You must register to view and/or listen to the meeting by registering at https://tinyurl.com/msarnp9j. Upon registration, a telephone number to listen to the meeting, a link to watch the meeting, and a password will be provided. People viewing/listening to the meeting on Zoom will NOT be able to address the Board during the meeting.
